Please be sure to read following terms and conditions before making your reservations:
Reservations and payments.
- In order to book an apartment we kindly request you to make a reservation deposit equal to 40% of the total amount of your reservation; only after having received this amount will we confirm your reservation.
- In case of any kind of cancelation, your reservation deposit will not be refunded. Please keep in mind that no exceptions will be made with regard to our cancelation policy: not for weather related, airline cancellations or personal inconveniences (for example family or health-related situations).
- Changes made to your previously made reservation will not result in refunding a previously paid reservation deposit. If the client wishes to change or make a new reservation, a new reservation deposit has to be made.
- Only rentals for 3 days or longer will be considered unless otherwise stated on the individual apartment page. The above mentioned 40% reservation deposit can be paid:
* in cash at our office;
* by bank wire transfer directly into our European bank account (you pay all wire transfer fees);
* by Paypal (you pay all wire transfer fees);
* by using Western Union (you pay all wire transfer fees).
* by using Moneybookers.com (you pay all wire transfer fees).
The remaining 60% balance payment must still be made in cash at the time of the check-in. Please
note that in case the downpayment is made by using Paypal or Moneybookers, you will still have to pay the full amount in cash upon arrival. The 40% downpayment will be wired back to our account within 3 working days after your check in.

At the day of your arrival we will meet you at the apartment; |

* to orient you to the apartment and to hand over the keys;
* to sign the rental contract, the inventory list, the apartment and building rules and regulations and a copy of the terms & conditions as stated on this page. By booking with Quality Homes Buenos Aires you agree to accept these terms & conditions and you are expected to abide by these rules and regulations. The contract will be signed in Spanish and in most cases we will provide you with an English copy for your review. In case of any doubts, translation and/or interpretation matters, the Spanish version prevails. Both copies must be signed by the tenant;
* to receive the remaining 60% of the rental fee, the booking fee (if applicable) and the security deposit as mentioned below. Please take note that these must be done in cash in U$ Dollars or Euros at the check-in. We do not accept credit/debit-cards or traveler cheques. We kindly request you to ensure that you bring with you all the necessary funds in cash when you arrive at the apartment. If you would like to pay in other currency (including Argentinean Pesos), please inform us before making your reservation and we will inform you of the options. Please take notice that the keys will not be handed over until you have paid the total amount, consisting of the rental fee and the security deposit in full. Furthermore, rental payments are in no way partially or fully refundable which means that if you decide to shorten the length of your stay, previously made payments will not be refunded;
* to check the passports or national ID document of our guests. We can and will only accept the original document. Please also provide us with a copy;

Security Deposit
The amount of the security deposit, which needs to be paid at the check-in depends on the renting period and on the type of property you rent, but always has a minimum of U$ 500,-.
This amount will be returned to you at your check-out, provided that the rented property including all its fixtures and furniture are in the same condition as when you arrived. If anything is damaged or missing, you agree to pay the costs incurred to repair or replace it; if the costs exceed the amount of the security deposit paid, you agree, without any exceptions and without making any conditions, to cover the remaining balance due.
Check in and Check out times
- Please note that for every single booking a USD 35,- administrative fee is charged.
- If you plan to check in or check out on Sundays, national holidays or at any time between 8Pm and 8 AM, please inform us in advance. The additional administrative fee for any check-in or check-out outside of standard business hours is U$D 35,- or the equivalent amount in Euros.
- Prior to your departure we will set a time with you to check-out, check the condition of the apartment and return the deposit.
Occupation and use
- The use of the rented property by more than the maximum allowed number of persons will result in immediate eviction and termination of the rental agreement without refunding of previously paid rent;
- Anyone booking an apartment by using Quality Homes Buenos Aires agrees not to have parties or cause any other kind of disturbance for the neighbors. In case neighbors are complaining and/or the police are called, this may result in immediate eviction of the tenants and termination of the rental agreement, without refunding of previously paid rent and regardless the time of the day or night.
Disclaimer
All the landlords have the right to not allow tenants into their properties. In the event that this occurs, Quality Homes Buenos Aires will try to make an alternative arrangement for you.
