What is the minimum or maximum length of stay?
Unless otherwise stated, the minimum length of each stay to book is three days and the maximum is six months. If you are interested in a stay shorter than three days or longer than six months, no problem but please inform us about it when completing the booking form and we will contact the owner to check the possibilities in each individual case.

Which fees and expenses are included in the published rates?

All taxes, building, utility- and rentals fees are included in the amount, which means the amount published will be the amount you pay, except when your check-in or check-out time is between 20.00 P.M. and 08.00 A.M. or a Sunday: in this case the extra administrative fee is US Dollars 35,-.

How do I make a reservation?
Please fill in the contact form below the apartment you would like to book. Your reservation request is subject to the confirmation of availability by the owner. Quality Homes Buenos Aires will contact the owner and check the availability of the apartment you choose and regarding the dates you requested. Once availability is confirmed by the owner, we will inform you about the proceeding steps to take in order to complete the reservation procedure.

When will my reservation be confirmed?

Once your down payment is received we will confirm your booking by e-mail.

How long does it take for Quality Homes Buenos Aires to reply my questions and requests?

It is our policy to reply you within 48 hours. If after 48 hours you have not heard anything, please get in touch with us again.

Is it possible to cancel or change my reservation?

No, unfortunately we cannot cooperate with this because this would make our work practically impossible. Therefore, no reservation money can and will be reimbursed after you have made a reservation. This means that if you would like to reserve another apartment than the apartment you have reserved already, you should make a new reservation. At the same time the money paid for the prior reservation will not be reimbursed.

If in the end I leave earlier, will the rent be partly be reimbursed?

No, in case of shorter stays, for whatever reason including acts of God, illness or change of flights, a reimbursement will not be made.

How much is the security deposit and how and when do I pay it?

The amount of the security deposit depends on the apartment and the length of your stay. When making your reservation we will inform you about the exact amount. The amount always has a minimum of U$S 500,- (five hundred US Dollars) up to the amount equal to one month rent for longer-term rentals. The deposit can be paid in CASH (American Dollars or Euros) only. You will have to pay the deposit together with the remaining 80% of the rent while doing the check in.

Which are the payment methods?

All payments have to be done in cash, in US Dollars or in Euros. The 20% payment for making the reservation can be made by Western Union, by using PayPal, in cash in our office or by bank wire to our account in Europe.

All building, utility- and rentals fees are included in the amount, which means the amount published will be the amount you pay. Except when your check-in or check-out time is between 20.00 P.M. and 08.00 A.M. or on Sundays. In this case the extra administrative fee is 35,- US Dollars.

What is the standard equipment of each apartment?

Basically all the apartments have fully equipped kitchens although not all of them have a dish-washing machine. All the apartments have linen and towels. Cable TV is standard. Most of them have a high speed internet connection, some of them Wi-Fi. The apartments situated in the most luxury buildings, may have a pool, garden or gym.

How and when will I get the keys delivered?

When making your reservation we will set the check-in time with you, which means you will meet someone from our staff at the apartment. We sign the contract, check the inventory receive the payments and deliver the keys. In case for whatever reason you arrive late, it is necessary to contact us as soon as possible in order to arrange the check-in at another hour.

Will I be allowed to bring my pets?

No, although we are always willing to try to make a special arrangement for you, do not count on this because in 99% of the cases pets are not allowed.

Who should I contact in case of trouble?

At the check in we will provide you with the contact details of one of our staff members who you can contact 24 hours a day in case of problems, or just in case you need advice or help during your stay.

From whom will I rent?

Not all the apartments we offer at this site are owned and/or managed by our agency. Whether or not the owner will be there, in each case we will do the check in and check out with you and, if necessary, during your stay you can contact us for all your questions.

In the exceptional case of a different procedure than the one described above, we will you inform you about that with anticipation.
